Job summary

Ladgov Corporation seeks a qualified Physical Therapist / Injury Manager to provide physical therapy, injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and injury-prevention support to military personnel at Moffett Air National Guard Base.

Position is full-time at Moffett Field, CA 94035, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requires CA license, BLS, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in military or elite athletic environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current California Physical Therapist License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience handling HIPAA-protected medical information.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with military or elite athletic environments.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Full-Time – 40 hours per week

• Develop rehabilitation and recovery plans
• Provide physical therapy and injury-management services
• Maintain patient records in a HIPAA-compliant system
• Track injury trends and provide reports
• Support injury prevention and physical performance programs

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

• At least 3 years of relevant experience working with one or more of the following:
  • Military Special Operations or operational units
  • NCAA athletes
