The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of financial counseling experience, coupled with relevant certifications. Compensation ranges from $58,440 to $93,500 annually, with a strong benefits package.

You will work closely with military installations, delivering workshops, and managing individual financial counseling sessions, all while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of financial counseling experience.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in English and Spanish may be required.
• Certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor, Certified Financial Planner, or Chartered Financial Consultant is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling services to military personnel and families.
• Work with military points of contact to meet program needs.
• Develop and conduct personal financial management workshops and classes.

Skills

Financial counseling experience

Ability to obtain Tier 2 security clearance

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Associate degree plus 4 years of experience
