DOCS Health is seeking Physician Assistants to join our team as independent contractors serving U.S. military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program.

The role is weekend-focused with occasional weekday coverage in Pennsylvania, available on an as-needed basis. You will review health histories, interview service members, document readiness classifications, and support health assessments across mobile clinics and fixed sites.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in PA required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in primary/urgent/occupational health preferred.
• Familiarity with military systems and terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records; interview service members.
• Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health, and document results.
• Prepare readiness classifications in the service member’s medical record.
