Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a contract-based interview specialist to conduct structured elicitation and interviews with diverse subjects. This remote US-based role requires accurate data collection and adaptive questioning in real-time.

You will establish rapport, assess reliability of responses, annotate emotional drivers, and document analytical reasoning for downstream learning. Flexible hours (10–40 hours/week) and strong written and verbal communication are essential.
