Qualifications

• Must have an active Nurse Practitioner license in Nebraska.
• CPR/BLS Certification is required.
• Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records.
• Document interview results in service member’s medical record.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills
