Job summary

ERP International seeks a Medical Social Worker - Special Needs Coordinator to support Lackland AFB with responsibilities at Randolph AFB, TX. The role focuses on EFMP-M coordination, data management, and base‑level collaboration to assist military families with special medical and educational needs.

Minimum qualifications include an MSW from a CSWE‑accredited program, 3+ years of relevant experience, an active LCSW, BLS, and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
• CSWE-accredited School of Social Work.
• Minimum 3 years and 4,500 hours of paid, supervised post‑professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EFMP-M per DoD/AF policy and guidance.
• Identify and assist sponsors with family members who have special needs.
• Maintain EFMP data in AF data systems and reports.
• Provide staff training and consultation for EFMP implementation.
• Coordinate FMRC processes and referrals for EFMP families.
