Job summary

Hatalom in Fort Drum, NY, is seeking a qualified Medical Simulators Instructor/Operator to provide expert medical training for soldiers. This instructor will develop training materials, deliver classroom and field instruction, and assess soldier performance during simulated scenarios.

Candidates must be certified EMTs and preferably have military experience. The role includes ensuring adherence to standards of medical practice while maintaining high levels of student engagement and learning outcomes.

The position is contingent upon contract award and requires U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Current NREMT certification at EMT level or higher.
• Former military medical personnel experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to prove citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify training materials and plans.
• Instruct new battlefield medical procedures and techniques.
• Assess students' performance under high-fidelity simulation.
