Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions seeks Physician Assistants to partner as independent contractors, delivering services to U.S. military members in Alabama.

The role centers on weekend coverage with occasional midweek work, on an as-needed basis, under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP). You will support readiness assessments, review medical history and records, interview personnel, and document findings in a proprietary system.

Qualifications

• Active PA license required for Alabama.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and travel to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments for military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records.
• Interview service members to determine medical concerns.
• Document results for readiness classification in medical records.
