Magellan Health, Inc. seeks a Personal Financial Counselor at Fort Campbell, KY to provide financial counseling to service members and their families on installations, including budgeting and debt management.

You will coordinate with DoD points of contact, deliver workshops, ensure OCI compliance, and maintain certifications such as AFC, CFP, or ChFC as required. This role also supports deployment readiness and financial education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent English; bilingual in English/Spanish if required.
• Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal financial counseling to service members and families on military installations.
• Develop and deliver budgeting, debt management and financial readiness trainings.
• Coordinate with DoD points of contact and installation leadership to ensure program scope.
• Utilize virtual counseling modes as applicable and participate in supervision and training.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and OCI requirements; participate in program activities.
