Job summary

Magellan Health, Inc. seeks a Personal Financial Counselor to deliver comprehensive financial counseling and education to service members and their families at Camp Casey.

The role includes one-on-one counseling, class delivery, and coordination with installation points of contact to ensure DoD-aligned services. Required are at least 3+ years of financial counseling experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizen and fluent English; bilingual in English and Spanish if required by contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling to service members and families at military installations.
• Assist in establishing spending plans for extended absences.
• Develop and distribute informational financial materials for service members and families.
• Coordinate and conduct Personal Financial Management classes/workshops.
• Utilize virtual counseling methods as appropriate.

Education

Bachelor's degree

A Combination of Education and Work Experience May Be Considered.
