Magellan Health is seeking a Financial Counselor to provide personal financial counseling services to military service members and their families. The role involves delivering one-on-one counseling, conducting financial management classes, and responding to requests from service members.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial counseling, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The salary range for this position is between $58,440 – $93,500 annually, and it offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizen, fluent in English; bilingual in English and Spanish if required.
• Certified as Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

Responsabilités

• Deliver one-on-one counseling to military service members.
• Coordinate with installation and military branch points of contact.
• Develop informational financial materials and manage duty-to-warn situations.
