Sierra Nevada Corporation is looking for a Supply Chain Manager in Hagerstown, Maryland. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead a team of buyers and category leads to define and improve the supply base for SNC programs. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead a team of buyers, subcontracts management specialists, and category leads to define, develop and improve the supply base and ensure its support to SNC programs. Your responsibilities include establishing priorities to maintain production schedules, coordinating with executive management, program management and other department managers, and ensuring the company’s material, planning and production objectives are achieved. You will prepare capital, contract equipment and facility requests, lead supply chain innovation and efficiency across the Business Area, partner with departments to support SNC’s vision, and act as a supply‑chain liaison within the business by collaborating with Operations, planning and logistics groups. You will drive innovation by maximizing the capabilities of current procurement management systems, seek new advancements in technology and process, and lead the discovery, implementation and deployment of complex supply‑chain projects. You will also set, measure and communicate supply‑chain KPIs across the organization and provide leadership to direct reports, including responsibility for departmental performance.
