Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of financial counseling experience, and must hold relevant certifications such as AFC or CFP. The position is based at Travis AFB, CA, with a competitive salary range of $58,440 – $93,500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; associate degree plus 4 years or high school diploma plus 6 years may be considered.
• Minimum of 3+ years' financial counseling experience.
• Ability to obtain favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling services to service members and families.
• Coordinate with installation and military branch points of contact.
• Develop and make available informational financial materials.
