Job summary

Hatalom Corporation is seeking an experienced System Analyst to support military exercises, focusing on data analysis for After Action Reviews and the development of training content. The role collaborates with the Operations Officer or Site Lead, ensuring exercises run smoothly and data points are collected accurately.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS or MA/MS in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience, familiarity with live training or simulations, and knowledge of USMC tactics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in system analysis or related field.
• Experience in live training or simulations is preferred.
• Preference for former USMC Officers or SNCOs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ROSTER/Order of Battle and reports from exercise data.
• Lead development of AARs and the Take Home Package.
• Operate a WinEXCON desktop system to support exercise and AWES simulations.
• Adjust training scenarios as needed and recommend based on objectives.
• Monitor live video feeds and edit them for AAR purposes.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and materials to support AAR execution.
