Military Doctrine and Systems Analyst - Senior

Client: U.S. Army CPE ST3

Clearance: Active U.S. Government security clearance required

Travel: Required 50-75% of each month

Position Overview

The Senior Military Doctrine and Systems Analyst provides analytical and advisory support to U.S. Army CPE ST3. This role ensures Army doctrine, operational concepts, and training requirements inform the design, development, integration, sustainment, and modernization of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) to support Army missions and readiness objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze Army doctrine, concepts of operations (CONOPS), tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and training strategies to support TADSS throughout the system lifecycle.
• Assess training system capabilities against Army doctrine and individual, collective, and institutional training objectives.
• Recommend improvements that maintain doctrinal accuracy and operational relevance during system development, sustainment, and modernization.
• Support the development, review, and coordination of requirements documentation, training strategies, and acquisition artifacts to validate doctrinal relevance and training effectiveness.
• Participate in system reviews, working groups, technical interchange meetings, and training reviews to assess doctrinal alignment and system capabilities.
• Support evaluation of system realism, fidelity, and operational suitability against current and evolving operational requirements.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, test engineers, combat arms advisors, acquisition analysts, and Government leadership to maintain doctrinal accuracy across program activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to Government stakeholders on training system design, modernization, and sustainment in support of Army readiness priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; no substitutions permitted.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance.
• At least 10 years of experience in military doctrine, operational analysis, or systems analysis support.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing Army doctrine, CONOPS, and TTPs in support of training, simulation, or operational systems.
• Experience supporting requirements development, system reviews, and capability assessments for Department of Defense programs.
• Strong understanding of Army training, readiness, and doctrinal development processes.
