Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contract-related experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience developing TINA-compliant proposals and cost/price support.
• Preferably five years in aerospace supporting U.S. Government/DoD prime contracts.
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing contracts and other formal documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a contracts team and oversee complex, high-value government contracts.
• Negotiate, develop, and administer proposals with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across contracts.
• Provide mentorship and develop training for contract management staff.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and export compliance duties when needed.
