The Military Program Manager supports the Engineering Division’s Joint Posture Management Office (JPMO) on Guam, coordinating with multiple military and government entities to plan, synchronize, and facilitate posture infrastructure programs. You will ensure infrastructure projects achieve joint operational effects and meet established timelines. You will oversee project assessments, technical analyses, acquisition strategies, and cross-functional coordination, while providing leadership and support to division branches and stakeholders.
