The Air Force seeks an entry-level Chaplain to provide pastoral care and support to Airmen. This role involves managing spiritual centers, conducting worship, and offering ethical advisement. A Bachelor's and a Master's degree in theology are required, along with leadership experience in religious ministry.
Nothing tests religious beliefs more than the situations our Airmen face throughout their service. Providing pastoral care and counseling to those of faith and no faith, Air Force chaplains are religious ministry professionals supporting the spiritual resilience of Airmen worldwide. As spiritual leaders, chaplains are relied upon for faith and personal guidance, and they also advocate for Airmen, consulting with leadership on moral, ethical, and quality-of-life issues.
