Overview

ProSidian Seeks a Military & Armed Forces Keynote/Guest Speaker | Military And Government [ESC1T164] for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on an exempt 1099 contract basis. Location varies across the CONUS - Texas (Remote w/ Travel or Virtual) within the South Central Region, supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse procurement practices. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position with potential to convert to a full-time W-2 role.

We seek Military & Armed Forces Speakers Bureau candidates with relevant Education and Academia sector experience to support professional services engagements for Education, and Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1.

Position details: remote work with travel or virtual participation; initial work site address may be in Texas City, TX, subject to change.

Responsibilities
  • Provide targeted content and insights tailored to Military & Armed Forces topic areas in collaboration with a Speakers Bureau.
  • Deliver engaging keynote presentations aligned with event themes, goals, and audience needs.
  • Inspire, educate, and energize event participants through expert knowledge, real-world experience, and motivational storytelling.
  • Design and deliver presentations that reflect purpose, audience, and organizational values; communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Support pre-event messaging and post-event deliverables as needed (e.g., feedback tools, educational resources, thought leadership content).
Qualifications
  • Current or previous role aligned with Military & Government activities; experience in military honors, rank, or government/public service is preferred.
  • Proven speaking experience with subject-matter authority; ability to translate expertise into relatable takeaways.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience; notable credibility from recognized achievements.
  • Strong presentation delivery, audience engagement, adaptability, and storytelling abilities.
