Job summary

In this role you will supervise daily unit operations, schedule staff, apply de-escalation techniques, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding regulatory standards and a positive, structured environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral health or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in behavioral health.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the units to ensure clinical aspects meet regulatory requirements.
• Supervises staff and ensures client safety in all areas.
• Assists in development and revision of treatment plans with the clinical management team.
• Monitors daily programming and adherence to schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of client information and progress.
• Plans unit schedules and ensures staff coverage and proper ratios.
• Applies de-escalation techniques to manage client emotions and behavior.
