Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field or a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the mental health field.
• Ability to make sound, independent judgments based on scientific and/or ethical principles.
• Must have a working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to MHS staff.
• Act as first response coordinator during crises.
• Conduct incident report reviews and monitor staff training.

Skills

Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision

Ability to work successfully under highly stressful conditions

Effective communication skills

Working knowledge of computers

Education
