Family Service of RI (FSRI) is seeking a Relief staff member to provide guidance and supervision for children/adolescents in a residential Providence setting. The role supports decision-making, well‑being, and trauma-informed care aligned with agency policy and the Department of Children, Youth and Family contract.
The candidate should be flexible for evenings/weekends, have relevant education or experience in human services, and be able to transport reliably.

To provide guidance and supervision of children/adolescents in a residential setting. To assist each resident to make decisions about daily life, conduct and discipline within the boundaries of Agency policy and the requirements of the contractual agreement with the Department of Children, Youth and Family. To provide an environment that promotes the physical and mental well being of each child. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) in the milieu setting.
