Job summary

Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) seeks a dedicated Milieu Mental Health Clinician to join our Pike, New Hampshire team. Provide individual and group therapy in a residential milieu, focusing on adolescents and families, within a supportive, growth‑oriented setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience, plus strong communication skills and the ability to pass a background check.

• Minimum of two years of experience working with adolescents and/or families.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy within a residential milieu setting.
• Develop and implement treatment, behavioral, and safety plans.
• Conduct assessments and present clinical findings to teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal staff, families, and external providers.
• Support residential staff in implementing treatment strategies.
