You will develop and implement IEP-driven plans, coordinate with general education staff and families, adapt materials for varied learning styles, monitor progress, and participate in meetings, PD, and school activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Active state teaching certification with Special Education Endorsement (DOE issued).
• Experience with IEPs required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
• Monitor student progress regularly and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
