Lucie complex, you will oversee rehab delivery and provide selected direct care for complex MLB rehab assignments in Florida. You will build a coordinated system to restore player readiness, guide evaluation and treatment, and integrate rehab with strength, nutrition, mental performance, and coaching to

Qualifications

• Current U.S. physical therapy licensure or Florida eligibility before providing clinical care.
• Eight years of clinical rehabilitation experience in professional baseball or high-level sport, including complex/post-surgical cases.
• Experience managing and developing clinicians across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; strong collaboration with medical and performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and review of the MiLB rehabilitation system.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate MiLB Rehabilitation staff; set development plans.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, and case reviews; ensure clinical quality and caseload priorities.
• Develop and implement evaluation, treatment, loading, testing, and return-to-play standards.
• Coordinate readiness and documented transitions back to training and competition across sites.
• Collaborate with MLB rehabilitation staff and medical leadership to align rehabilitation with performance goals.
