Job summary

Jered, a PAR Systems company, is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support the preparation, packing, crating, labeling, and movement of materials for customer and vendor shipments in our Brunswick, GA facility.

Candidates should safely handle large or heavy materials, follow MIL-SPEC packaging requirements, and contribute to timely shipments while maintaining accuracy, organization, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to safely handle, move, pack, and crate materials.
• Ability to perform team lifts and work with large or heavy materials.
• Ability to follow shipping, packing, and labeling requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for shipment, safely crating and packaging completed products.
• Label shipments and move materials to support customer and vendor deliveries.
• Coordinate two-person lifts and use cranes when required as per safety rules.
• Ensure compliance with MIL-SPEC packaging and shipping requirements.
• Support shop throughput and keep workspace organized for upcoming work.
