Mercy Flights Inc is seeking compassionate, organized MIH Assistant Health Care Worker to join our Mobile Integrated Healthcare team. You’ll assist with patient outreach, scheduling, care coordination, documentation, and communication while supporting innovative programs focused on improving patient outcomes beyond emergency response.

Competenze

• Minimum one year of experience in an office, healthcare, dispatch, or care coordination environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with computer systems, documentation, scheduling, and data entry.
• Community Health Worker certification required within one year of hire.

Qualifications Summary

• Minimum one year of experience in an office, healthcare, customer service, dispatch, or care coordination environment required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Experience working with computer systems, documentation, scheduling, and data entry
• Ability to provide professional, compassionate customer service
• Community Health Worker certification will be required within one year of hire
