AAGL, Inc. seeks a Gynecological Surgeon specializing in Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on endometriosis-related procedures and will be supported by a multidisciplinary team dedicated to pelvic pain care.

The position offers a generous compensation package including a base salary of $325K–$375K plus an uncapped annual bonus potential of $150K+. Board-certified obstetrics/gynecology with MIGS fellowship and solid state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
• Completion of MIGS fellowship (accredited or non-accredited) is required.
• Valid medical license for the relevant state.
• DEA license for the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Looking for a Gynecological Surgeon with a focus in Endometriosis Surgery
• Will work with Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine team offering office-based approaches to Endometriosis Pain
• Collaborate with non-operative Pelvic Pain Specialists and Integrative Nutrition/Health Coaching for Endometriosis Care

SALARY:$325K - $375K + 150K+ Annual Bonus potential (uncapped)

• Looking for a Gynecological Surgeon with a focus in Endometriosis Surgery
• Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) is a National Women's Healthcare Organization dedicated to taking care of pelvic pain and Endometriosis
• PRM is a National Leader in Endometriosis Care
• Surgeon will be supported by a team including non-operative Pelvic Pain Specialists who offer an office based procedural approach to Endometriosis Pain, as well as Integrative Nutrition/Health Coaching focused on Endometriosis Care
