Job summary

AAGL, Inc. is seeking a Gynecological Surgeon specializing in MIGS to join our Orlando team. The role focuses on endometriosis surgery and is supported by a comprehensive Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine platform.

This full-time position offers a base salary in the 325k–375k range plus uncapped annual bonus potential, with full health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO and other benefits. No weekends or on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completion of MIGS (Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery) Fellowship.
• Active medical license in the relevant state.
• Active DEA license.
• 3+ years of experience in Gynecologic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIGS procedures with a focus on endometriosis surgery.
• Collaborate with Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine specialists and non-operative team.
• Contribute to an endometriosis care platform with a whole-body approach.
