Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking a Migration Specialist to join the Professional Services team in the United States. You will work with Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to migrate data to Teamcenter and ensure customer objectives are met.

You will define migration strategies, run workshops, and deliver scalable solutions, guiding colleagues on design and deployment of migration solutions while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and MES concepts.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% and work remotely or from a Siemens office.

Responsibilities

• Define migration strategy keeping Teamcenter schema in mind.
• Facilitate workshops, document outcomes and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure successful legacy data migration to Teamcenter.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver migration.
• Generate validation reports and manage migration quality.
