The Opportunity

Are you experienced in managing multiple complex technical projects? Simpplr is looking for a skilled and organized Project Manager to guide customers through system migrations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication across teams to keep projects on track.

Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
  • Lead and manage multiple simultaneous technical system migration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Act as the central point of coordination—ensuring alignment across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Maintain customer project plans based on real-time feedback and evolving best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively developing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to internal teams and management through weekly status reports.
  • Manage post-migration activities, including debriefs and lessons learned documentation.
  • Continuously recommend and implement improvements to project management processes to drive efficiency and scalability.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/certifications.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to resolve conflicts and build consensus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Effective at building and nurturing relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently without requiring close supervision.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in customer-facing technical migration projects.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $100k - $120k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

Pay Range

$100,000 - $120,000 USD

This model is role-based with exceptions and provides employees with the flexibility that many have told us they want.

  • Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
  • Hybrid -Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis.
  • Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
