Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in project management practices.
• PMP certification or PMP training preferred.
• Business‑oriented focus, not purely IT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer solutions and participate in solution migrations.
• Develop implementation models: deployment plans, scheduling, communication, training, and reporting.
• Manage cross‑functional implementation teams and provide ongoing analysis and audits.
• Hold meetings to review project status and follow-up on actions.
• Attend daily status meetings via Zoom and deliver weekly reports.
• Travel domestically to support account migrations; travel may extend beyond domestic.
