Job summary

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with grant requirements, manage budgets, and build partnerships with schools and communities to expand services across Virginia.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in relevant programs preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and managing multiple projects with deadlines.
• Experience collecting, managing, and reporting program data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, supervise, and evaluate program staff to ensure high performance.
• Provide leadership and development through supervision and trainings.
• Oversee data collection, management, and reporting to meet grant requirements.
• Maintain data integrity in state information systems and reports.
• Assist with grant administration, budgeting, and expenditure tracking.
• Develop partnerships with schools, community groups, and families to expand services.
• Represent the program to stakeholders and coordinate outreach efforts.
• Lead strategic planning to expand services across Virginia regions.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/university/grant requirements.
• Support continuous program improvement and achievement of goals.
