The Mighty Delivery Driver delivers parts and equipment from the Pensacola Mighty Distribution Center. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Duties/Responsibilities

1. This role is a full-time, Monday through Friday driving and delivery position based out of Pensacola, FL. Overtime is required.
2. Picks up loaded truck each morning and spends the entirety of the day delivering to various customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
3. Is responsible for unloading products at designated delivery locations.
4. Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.
5. Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
6. Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups.
7. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
8. Turns in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
9. Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed.
10. Advises parts manager if delivery trucks need major repairs and maintenance.
11. Daily routes are subject to change based on company need.
12. Maintains professional appearance.
13. Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

1. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
2. Ability to write simple correspondence.
3. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
4. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
5. Basic computer and internet literacy.
6. Must have ample dexterity to bend, reach, stretch, sit, stand, type, and lift up to 50 pounds.
7. Must be able to work overtime in the evenings as needed, though this is a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends required.

Education And Experience

1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
2. Must have previous experience in a box truck driving/delivery role.
3. Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Report.
