Job summary

Marathon Staffing is seeking experienced MIG Welders for a warehouse facility in Newnan, GA. The MIG Welder will weld component parts and finished products per customer specifications, under direct supervision and following detailed instructions to ensure quality and safety standards. This is a long-term, full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth; immediate hiring is encouraged.

Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities available. Pay starts at $20.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints for custom fabrication.
• Complete tack welding and assist with jig fabrication.
• Prepare and assemble components for final welding.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities available

Pay

• Starting at$20.00/hour

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision
• Experience operating hand tools and welding equipment
• Must have experience with MIG Welding and pass a tape measure test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Must have reliable transportation to Newnan, GA
