Job summary

Engineered Products in Easley, SC is seeking a Welder to fabricate and assemble structural steel components for industrial racking systems. You will perform MIG welding on uprights, beams, and braces, ensuring quality and safety on a fast-moving shop floor.

Required 1–3+ years of MIG welding in manufacturing, ability to read blueprints, and a strong eye for detail. The role reports to the Operations Manager/Welding Supervisor and offers growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of MIG welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
Experience welding structural steel.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and gauges.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on structural steel components for pallet racking systems.
Weld beams, uprights, braces, and other components according to blueprints and work instructions.
Ensure proper weld penetration, alignment, and structural integrity of all welded parts.
Set up and adjust welding machines based on material type and thickness.
Follow welding procedures and specifications to meet quality standards.
