Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Safe and effective operation of welding equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Follow established welding procedures and adjust equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production and quality.
