Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is partnering with a leading metal fabrication and manufacturing company in Sacramento, CA to hire a Welder. You will perform MIG/GMAW welding on fabricated components, read blueprints, and support fabrication and assembly teams in the Production Department.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual pay of $68,640 with room for growth in a safety-focused environment while developing advanced welding skills using TIG and other shop equipment.

Qualifications

• Welding Certificate or equivalent hands-on welding experience.
• Experience with MIG/GMAW welding in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
• Experience with fabrication equipment, cutting tools, and shop machinery.
• TIG welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/GMAW welding on fabricated metal components and assemblies.
• Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions to ensure quality production.
• Complete fabrication, cutting, grinding, and mechanical assembly tasks as required.
• Inspect finished products and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain organized work areas and accurately complete production documentation.
