ResourceMFG is hiring a MIG Welder in Wylie, TX. The role pays $23.09 per hour, with full-time schedule and overtime opportunities. Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Layout, fit, align, and weld fabricated, cast, and forged metal components.
• Operate MIG welding equipment to produce quality welds that meet specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure all finished products meet company standards.
• Operate CNC-controlled welding and cutting equipment when required.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment, fixtures, and tooling.
• Repair and rework products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling components.
• Change welding wire, gas cylinders, welding tips, and consumables as needed.
• Measure finished parts using tape measures, calipers, and other inspection tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
