Job summary

APX Company in Franklin County, PA is seeking a dependable MIG Welder to support our fabrication shop. You will read blueprints, perform MIG welds on mild steel, aluminum and stainless sheet metal, and use grinders to finish welds. This role requires precision and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience.
• Able to read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures and angle gauges.
• Capable of working independently in a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and instructions to execute welding tasks.
• Perform MIG welding on mild steel, aluminum and stainless-steel sheet metal components.
• Use grinders to smooth welds and remove excess material for precision.
