Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year MIG welding experience required.
• Trade school or welding certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Must pass safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom and standard products from blueprints with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with shop manager and engineering to resolve product issues.
• MIG weld 10–20-gauge galvanized steel for adapters and curbs.
• Visually inspect welded components for quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to optimize workflow.
• Under supervision, perform spot welds on metal components.
