AES Manufacturing is seeking an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to read prints, fit and fabricate parts, and transform raw components into quality welded assemblies. You will weld carbon steel and stainless, use fixtures and hand tools, and help troubleshoot production issues in a safety‑minded environment.
Expect to build both repeat-production and custom components, inspect your own work for quality, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while meeting production goals.
AES Manufacturing is looking for an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator who can do more than just run a bead. We want someone who can read a print, fit and fabricate parts, solve problems, and take work from raw components to a quality welded assembly. AES builds safety products that help protect workers, so the quality of the weld and the accuracy of the finished assembly both matter.
Strong welders can progress into advanced fabrication, robotic welding, senior welder/fabricator, training, fixture development, quality, or lead responsibilities based on demonstrated skill and business need.
Years of experience help, but they are not everything. Qualified candidates will tour AES and complete a practical welding/fabrication skills assessment.
