Basin Holdings LLC. is seeking a MIG Welder for a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will operate welding equipment, read blueprints, and maintain quality while following the JobBoss process.

The position requires the ability to read tape measures and perform shop math, with 6 months of welding experience and 3 years preferred in welding, blueprints, and quality checks. Working hours are 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Read a calibrated tape measure.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to perform simple shop math and convert decimals to fractions; understand safety rules and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manually guide electrode or gun along weld line to form specified fusion and bead.
• Maintain arc length and movement speed based on metal color, sound, and puddle size.
• Assist other departments as required and may act as line leader, setting up lines and checking weld quality.
