Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Willingness to undergo a background check, drug test, and physical.

As a Welder on our Metal Fabrication team, you play a hands-on role in building the core of our products-pole-mounted transformers. Physical & Work Environment Expectations

• Lifting & Mobility: Lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, and regularly bending, reaching, climbing, crouching, and standing throughout your shift.


• Work Environment: Our facility can get loud and hot , especially during peak production. You'll be working around industrial equipment in an active, fast-paced setting.


• PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): We provide and require eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety-toe shoes to keep you safe on the floor.


• Physical & Visual Abilities: Manual dexterity and good vision (close-up, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment) are needed for accuracy and safety.


• Endurance & Teamwork: This role requires stamina for long shifts, basic math , and strong communication skills to work effectively with your team.


• Safety First: We take safety seriously-you'll follow all protocols and speak up if something looks unsafe.
