Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to pass MIG welder certification.

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Join, fabricate, and repair metal using MIG arc welding.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine welding process.
• Inspect welds for structural soundness and quality.
• Prepare materials and set up welding equipment or robotic devices.
• Complete apprenticeship or formal training as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
