Job summary

Remedy Staffing is seeking an experienced MIG Welder for our Tyler, TX shop. You will weld on steel components, read blueprints and weld symbols, and ensure parts meet print tolerances.

You will set up and operate welding equipment, perform inspections, and document production and safety records. The role offers a consistent full-time schedule with overtime opportunities in a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, weld symbols, and production drawings.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure parts are produced to print and meet dimensional specifications.
• Inspect materials and completed welds for defects, quality, and accuracy.
• Complete all required production, quality, and safety documentation accurately and on time.
