Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and blueprints.
• Basic math skills including tape measure reading.

Responsibilities

• Position parts in jigs or fixtures and tack weld as required.
• Weld along vertical, horizontal, and overhead lines.
• Connect gas regulators and adjust flame for cutting/ welding.
• Inspect welds for bead size and conformance.
• Follow safety guidelines and perform regular housekeeping.
