Qualifications

• Experience of MIG welding.
• Experience of machine operation (plasma cutter machine and punch press machine).
• Experience working with thin-gauge metal and maintaining high-quality weld standards.
• Read and follow welding specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates welding machinery and equipment.
• Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Measures work piece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.
• Welds in a fast-paced production environment; regularly required to weld on equipment in a team environment.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
