Job summary

A leading distributor in the Midwest is seeking a skilled full-time Welder / Fabricator for their fire fab division in Harleysville, PA. The ideal candidate will be adept in welding, specifically Mig, and will be responsible for producing life safety systems. Responsibilities include operating welding machinery, cutting and measuring pipe, and ensuring quality assurance. A high school diploma is preferred but not required as training will be provided. This role requires the ability to lift materials regularly and work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Welding experience required, mig welding preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Knowledge of pipe and fittings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce life safety systems working in a team.
• Operating semi-automatic welding machine.
• Cut, groove, thread, and measure pipe.

Skills

Welding experience
