HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MIG WELDER IN INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA

Accurate Personnel is hiring a MIG Welder to help our client in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIG welding techniques and the ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. This role involves fabricating and assembling metal components to meet production standards and deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at up to $20/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• 7 am - 3:30 pm | Monday - Friday
• Located in Indianapolis, IN (required to travel for company needs)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding operations on a variety of metal components, including steel and aluminum
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
• Measure and inspect materials to ensure specifications and tolerances are met
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment in a safe and clean working condition
• Conduct quality inspections on completed welds to identify and correct defects
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Maintain work area cleanliness and organization
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress and issues
